Pikachu got a lot buff in brawl,he is much better than melee and i think he will get a better place in the tier list

Yea I noticed that his side B has a lot less lag and the down B looks like it has less lag too. I think T0mmy said his smashes are more powerful too. =)

people seem to confuse tiers with "the best to worst character list" which it isnt , its just tournament results. but it is pretty accurate "best to worst" because of melee's unbalance and thats moreso why its just those characters winning the most tournaments.

In brawl there will be tiers, its just the tournament results. But more balance so the tiers arent as onesided is what I hope for.

I'd say Brawl Pikachu is pretty good. He was my main at least, but I haven't touched that game in over a decade
