Brawl on Dolphin

How does Brawl work on Dolphin with these?

CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II N930 Quad-Core Processor 2.00 Ghz
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 545v
OS: Windows 7 Starter
Dolphin: 3.5-1231

What matters the most seems to be CPU part of the hardware and I think it is recommended to have around 2.5-3+ to run anything smoothly. That is not to say that you cannot run it flawlessly if you are good at tweaking things and know what you are doing. Right now, I think I see you may have some choppy frame and speed issue.... I could be wrong.
