This thread will serve as the hub for all user submitted Bowser gameplay. You are free to analyze, critique, and discuss any video posted at any given time.

*Note: Please post videos as URLs and not as an embedded link or video. Many people have browsers that lag (and occasionally crash) with embeds, so please avoid this.

I don't really have a concrete format in mind for this thread, so I'm just going to do it the standard way. You post a video? You'll get a spot in the thread. It'll be in alphabetical order.

JANUARY 2016 UPDATE: I gained control of the thread but didn't do anything as far as reconstruction of the OP goes. I'm not in the mood to dig deep and find videos of pre-patch Bowser that should be present, so I will do this:

Videos of Bowser gameplay since the 1.1.3 patch, where His Gnarliness received the infamous buffs, will be added in the OP. Videos explaining Bowser tech, or tutorials, depending on the patches, are still consistent, so those will probably remain in the OP. An example of an outdated tech video would be a video about using the Ledge-Cancelled Klaw. Since the ability to ledge cancel side-B moves has been removed from the game completely, that tech is now outdated.

As for how this thread will work, there will be ~3-4 sections (tech, Wii-U, 3DS) that have Bowser videos in them. Within that, the sections will be broken down further into things like Wi-Fi, Tournament, etc. so that players taking a look in this thread are aware of what each video is.
Now, without further adieu, I present to you, a MASSIVE Work-In-Progress--the Bowser Video Thread.

Do we know if we can submit replays to other users and have them do the recordings themselves, or should I just stray away as I lack recording stuff?

Yeah, I lack money/recording equipment myself, but I have some ****in' gravy replays to share. If anyone would be willing to upload them for me, that'd be great. lol

Here are a couple of videos I put up of me playing as Bowser on For Glory. These videos are recorded from my smartphone, but I edited them and dubbed in game audio recorded directly from my 3DS.

Bowser vs. Samus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymt6gUaMGMc
This Samus player learned the hard way that I am familiar with the matchup. Still, it was a difficult match for me.

Bowser vs. Mega Man: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLdeP-A6St0
Another spam-happy Mega Man player.

Sorry for the double post, but here are two more videos:

Bowser vs. Greninja: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZ1fggAr5wk
I really need to work on not setting myself up to punishment so much. Still, I managed to make a huge comeback and finish the match with an extremely hard read fully charged F-smash.

Bowser vs. Falco: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8iDXynZS8GI
I started taking into account the critiques I've received on my previous Bowser videos. I worked on my aerial game in this match. As a result, this turned into one of my easier matches in recent memory. Of note is the 3% to death combo on Falco's last stock. I still have a lot of trouble landing Back Air.

EDIT: New video:
Bowser Mirror Match: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIYmBVuvf_o
You'll love how this one ends...

As for the video editing, which status screen layout do you prefer (the lower screen with the damage percents)? Do you prefer the miniature status screen on the lower right, or do you prefer the status of each player split apart, like in the Falco video?

I wasn't sure if I should have made a new thread or not so I'll be safe and just post here.

Matches starts at 2:45:00

Some sets I had with DarkM of The Odo Faction. DarkM calls me Babael because that's my Twitch name Babael_Of_Fate. Any criticism is appreciated constructive or not. One thing I did notice after watching our matches is that I have a bad habit of rolling or moving backwards after I re-spawn from a KO. I don't know if I was giving DarkM too much respect or what but I now have a mental note of that as well as a few other bad habits using Bowser's Fortress OoS offensively instead of defensively.

Warning Received ~ Not the appropriate place to talk about your Clan
Greetings, I’m making a new clan named TMT (The Money Team)

We have our emblem already and three members. We are currently recruiting members. I want the best smashers of every character (only a really good player per character ((example: Since I play Ganondorf, if you main Ganondorf you cannot join))) So if anyone is interested PM me and I will test you guys as I am the leader of the crew. Ign: Brad. Hope to make a good and fun crew as we hone our skills for improvement and reach to be the best :)!

I am preparing another batch of Bowser match videos. I will update this topic if there are no replies before I have the videos uploaded to YouTube (since the videos take about 2 hours each to edit and process). Otherwise, I will post new replies to this topic when each video goes live on YouTube.

Bowser vs. Robin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5u7d6cuMah4
We basically capitalize off each other's mistakes in this match. One such mistake by Robin resulted in in me killing her at only 58% damage.

Bowser vs. Fox: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G31eWRCLik4
Most Fox players I encounter on For Glory are mediocre, playing Fox here as if this was Melee. This Fox, played by 17allas, is an exception. He is extremely competent with Fox, even cocky because the five matches prior to this video, he taunted just as each match started. He did beat me all those five prior matches, but I adapted to his playstyle and forced him to approach me, while I made plays happen. As I kept the pressure up, I forced him to become defensive, allowing me to get some throws in. As a side note, the bottom screen PIP is slightly out of sync with the match footage.

EDIT (November 13, 2014):
Bowser vs. Rosalina & Luma: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ib3ucKICsxY
A tough match no matter who you play as. I managed Luma well, which really pressured this Rosalina player. Notice at the latter half of the match that Rosalina started to launch Luma off stage out of my reach, out of desperation. As for my Bowser play, I made this replay before I developed my Bowser aerial game. If I had developed my aerial game prior to this match, it would have ended much sooner. I actually had the lead on Rosalina for most of the match. Now that I look at this video, I get mad at myself for making so many mistakes that kept this match going longer than it should.

Bowser vs. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOOoDDoklIA
By this match, I have developed my Bowser aerial game considerably, with the results showing in this video. You'll love how this match ends.

Bowser vs. Toon Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3w7vEGqRC0
Both Links give me trouble if they play defensively. However, if they make a mistake, I can punish them hard, especially if they do not realize that I will be using my aerial moves to knock them further offstage.

Bowser Mirror Match 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G07NMzqIpmw
It's so even between the both of us that it's a battle of attrition.

Bowser vs. Sheik: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFywMrHZV-Q
I get a perfect stock against her and land two consecutive hard-read fully-charged FSmash finishers.

I've got a few more videos I saved that I intend to upload. I know I need to improve. I can't seem to stop shield-grabbing, even if I have a clear shot at the grab. I took one of the above dudes posts, and instead of jumping or dodging, just charge in, shield, then up+b. Eventually the samus caught on, and would grab me, but now I see that too, so I could have charged, short hopped back, etc. Replays teach a lot, but don't help while playing. Meh. ;_;

I'll upload some of my other vids later, I'm not feeling too swell right now.

I won a local tourney with my Bowser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLcbjFgpWyQ

Any feedback is appreciated. I have a problem with throwing out random moves at times.
The commentator himself said you're really down-air and Bowser Bomb-happy. Bowser's anxious to get back on the ground but it's not worth leaving himself in 5 years of landing lag unless you're bombing the ledge. Get-up ledge attacks are a no-no as well unless you see the opponent preparing a move that can be interrupted by it. Good job winning though

Wait, did you grab Robin out of PK fire? And did it actually prevent the fire from coming out? http://youtu.be/wLcbjFgpWyQ?t=1m27s How interesting...

Anyway, as far as Robin is concerned, keep in mind that Robin can't do much to you when you're outside of the arc fire range, the worst thing that can happen is maybe you get hit with Thoron or Arc thunder or you block either of those and in both cases there's no follow up and they waste some of the thunder book. The real trouble starts at Robin's fire book range, because as you saw, you can't really block it at all because you'll get locked down and then robin gets a follow up, or can pressure you with more fire to push you towards the edge of the stage and close in for that follow up.

Because of this, we can't really run-up to shield as much against Robin because we just get the fire and will be stuck in shield till it wears off, instead, it's better to carefully weave in and out of the arc fire range to bait it out and make robin waste them, you can also spit fire to make the pillar activate on your own flames and waste it. You can also hop over the fire or short-hop airdodge through it into an airdodge canceled special as a punish. You can even roll towards robin and punish the fire that way with a side B or a B-reversed down B.

When the fire is gone, you still need to be careful about where you shield, because arc thunder is really dumb and Robin will probably make sure to have it on deck when fire runs out, you can try to bait it out and then the only defense Robin has is the basic Thunder, Nosferatu, and sword attacks. You can try to approach a bit more freely then but be aware of when the book regenerates. This way you won't have to worry about the fire traps for a while. Also be careful about Robin in the air, it can be easy to forget that this character has a command grab, so don't sit around in shield when Robin jumps. This can save you from putting damage on only to get grabbed and watch your work go to waste.

Nice work on winning the set though, keep up the good work.

finally got a proper youtube link for the tourney set I used bowser in. My bowser sucks so feedback is welcome.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUHebECEEMw
Feedback:
1) You didn't have much of a ledge guard game. Your opponent didn't have much trouble getting up, and Bowser has a great ledge guard ability set. Explore Fortress when he starts to get up. It beats everything except for patience, since it doesn't hit below the ledge.

2) Fair still has landing lag, and you didn't get much out of it in your matches. You got punished a few times for being too aggressive with it. I think it is best used defensively or in aerial encounters. It doesn't have that great of range against grounded opponents.

3) Bair at 130% against Shulk is a no-no, haha.

4) Flying Slam rocks, but at mid to high % normal grabs do more damage. I have a bad habit of this too, but if you use Flying Slam a lot it loses its KO power, and that is worth the world.

To be fair that Falcon was definitely not A game I would even dare to say that Falcon sucked.
