Bowser's DD is very good for intimidation if you do the full length of the dash. Otherwise it isn't very good, and just sort of leaves you in a bad spot. It's much better overall for moving around efficiently, with the intimidation factor as well.
Wavedash back jab/ftilt can be very intimidating as well if you have good timing. If you catch them with the jab you can get either an upB, grab, or utilt out of it. Jab > utilt is a true combo on a lot of characters, working especially well on floaties. It starts working on fastfallers around 75%(?) and can kill at later percents.
