Alrighty this is the THIRD installment of the MASSIVE LIVE battle between all of the countries! Note this is shortened down to BOC3 ( Battle of the Countries 3)

TOURNEY FORMAT
- Okay these are VERY important to read because this tourney's format is not your basic tourney it's quite unique.
- There will be 4 qualifiying brackets in total all leading up to the BOC3 Grand Cup bracket.
- The first qualifying will be QB1 Qualifying Bracket One)
- QB1 will consist of HALF of the USA signups
- QB2 will contain the other HALF of USA entrants
- QB3 will contain ALL the Canadian entrants
- QB4 will contain ALL the entrants from OTHER
- The top 4 from EACH QB will advance to the BOC3 World Cup Bracket which will consist of 16 people (the top 4 from each of the QBs)
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The QBs are basically just minibrackets leading up to the BOC3 Grand 16

- IMPORTANT!!! THE QBS WILL BE SINGLE ELIMINATION WHILE GRAND
CUP WILL BE DOUBLE ELIMINATION
- The # of people in this tourney depends on the # of sign-ups!
- Anywhere from 50-100 people will be from the UNITED STATES
- 25-50 people will be from CANADA
- 25-50 people will be from
OTHER
- This totals for a possible 200 entrants but don't fret it won't be mad hectic because we will have a seperate tourney host for EACH QB bracket and the grand cup bracket.
- Note that this will be a "LIVE" Tournament, as in everything will be done online, not in-person

This step is important.
* Anyone caught lying will result in an immediate DQ from the tournament, and possible later ones.
* We reserve the right to disallow anyone, for any reason that we see fit.
* Please pay special attention to the rules..failure to comply or follow these rules will result in an immediate disqualification.
MATCH RULES
* Best 2/3 set (Finals are Best 3/5 but finals will NOT be done for QB brackets only for Grand Cup)
* 3 stock, 8 mins, NO Items
* If the timer runs out, the player with the more stocks wins and if its still tied the player with the least damage wins
* If a player successfully ends the match with either Bowser or Ganondorf's over B attack by suicide, then the player who initiated the move wins
* If a player ends the match by swallowing with Kirby or DDD and falling off the stage and the game counts it as a tie, the player who initiated the swallow move wins. If the player who was swallowed is shown as winning the match (in the instance the broke out right before they died which some people might not notice), then they win.
* MK Infinite glitch is banned
* No stalling (No chain-grabbing/infinites past 300%)

CHAT ROOM[V]
We shall be using the AiB Chatrooms
- So make sure you are registered with an AiB account prior to BOC3 so you can access the chatrooms
- Note the main meeting spot will be Tournament Chatroom 1 but once everyone is there we will spilt into the 4 tourney chats based on the QB brackets.
- QB1 will then stay in Tournament Chat 1
- QB2 will go to Tournament Chat 2
- QB3 will go to Tournament Chat 3
- QB4 will go to Tournament Chat 4
- For the Grand Cup we'll meet back in Tournament Chat 1 and get massive HYPE! Spectators are allowed and encouraged for World Cup bracket, so even if you don't make it out of your QB stick around and add HYPE for World Cup Bracket.
