Ooh, a new Paper Mario and a new Kirby game? Nice stuff!

I spent most of the day outside of the house anyway, but it's nice to have power available again.

Also, I finally got New Leaf!

I almost want to be nice and give you 500k right off the bat...

But at the same time, there's nothing more satisfying than making money yourself :p
Give it to me later then? :troll:

"ahem"

I'm really looking forward to it either way. I haven't played City Folk in a long time (I probably should at least try to maintain it. I'd be less motivated to do so if my favorite villager didn't live in it and was my next door-neighbor.), and I've been wanting this one badly knowing all of the new features it's got. I need my Animal Crossing fix.

Also, I just heard the new Paper Mario is going to be similar to Sticker Star gameplay-wise. I'm not sure what to say about that.

NICE TRY!

That being said, I could always give a helping hand on funding the projects. I know how tedious it can be to do so alone...

I've got City Folk too!

But...I can't come back there...it's just so...limited compared to New Leaf that...it's not fun anymore...

Just say that they should stick to the TTYD stuff...

I would very much appreciate that.

In a way I can understand. I haven't gone back to playing the GC Animal Crossing in several years, I put most of my time into City Folk. It's probably overrun with weeds by now, lol.

Well, in all fairness, I've never played Sticker Star. I know a lot of people didn't like it though so I'm surprised that they're going with a similar formula to Sticker Star for the new one.

Just checking in a second.

So, new FE dlc came out today, it's awesome. So much money, so many cool weapons :p
Brave sword is actually broken as hell on strong characters (Hero, Lodestar, Swordmaster)
because it doesn't matter that it gives you -4/4 def/res if you end up killing them because of the double hits.

I guess the next step towards Moneyville is to add you in my Friends List...

Same here...

Also had Wild World, but let's be honest, that game didn't offer as much content as the others...

I played it, then left due to boredom, not to mention the way stickers worked...

I think they should just go back to what TTYD did. That game nailed it!

If they expanded upon the features and gameplay the first two used (which they almost certainly would) I'd be happy with that.

SPM is my favorite of the series despite being in a completely different genre from the others. Won't deny that I'm probably a little biased though since it was the first game in the series I played (or even knew about at the time, for that matter). :p

I would give my entire, currently-agonizing wallet for that!

It's also my first and, to this day, it's still my favorite because that game pulled an EarthBound; silly humor and fun-looking, yet dark as **** at the same time.

The story is also one of the reasons why I enjoy it so much compared to the others.

It's got the deepest, darkest, and most developed story in any Mario game next to Super Mario Galaxy.

Also Thousand Year Door is still best Paper Mario
Ironically it was my first so there might be bias there like yours with SPM

Personally, I think SPM is darker than Galaxy.

Galaxy only had a few dark moments at the intro (at least, the way I intrepret it make it dark), the ending and Rosalina's backstory.

SPM's darkness element also comes from backstories, but there's much more emphasis to it and it's way more tragic!

While we're on the subject I would like to admit I haven't played the first Paper Mario again since I rage quit one day trying to get past a part where you had to stop cooking some food precisely at the mark of a minute.

The main reason I haven't picked it up again after so much time is procrastination, though....

This is all very true!

SPM's backstory also works as a driving-force for several characters and helps move the primary plot forward, unlike Galaxy's.
