First Lucario metagame thread of 2012!

After looking at the other thread with the official MU list for Lucario I wanted to try something different.

I would like to see what everyone's opinion is on ALL matchups. If for some reason something seems weird on someone's chart we can discuss it and perhaps help them better understand the MU. Therefore, it will strengthen our game...

If you are lazy just quote this post and copy/paste each of the character faces into the chart below them.

From my understanding of the -/+ stuff (estimate ranges is what I got the feel from people describing it):

0 is even (estimate range 48:52 - 52:48)
-/+ 1 is a slight (dis)advantage (estimate range 53:47 - 57:43)
-/+ 2 is a moderate (dis)advantage (estimate range 58:42 - 62:38)
-/+ 3 is a strong (dis)advantage (estimate range 63:37 - 67:33)
-/+ 4 is you are out of your mind to play that character (estimate range 68:32 and onward)

Please keep in mind the number rations because some people will consider 55:45 to be even, but others a -/+1, so I'd like people to follow those guidelines to better understand our matchups. Y'know, be on the same page of things.

I agree with the current MU's on the chart. I think they did as good as a job as they could. But how is olimar not -2. Seriously he ***** us. At higher level play is it just extremely easy for us to keep him in the air? Someone please explain this to me. I not totally against it I just need reasons.

Special notes: I can go either way on Marth being 0 or -1. I can also go either way with Luigi and Ness being 0 or +1.
