I kinda have a prblem with C falcon's FS. Every time I use it, it freezes my wii at the moment that the FS animation is done (after the character has been hit by the blue falcon the second time.) Anybody knows how to fix this? :S

I know this is caused by some code in Bbrawl and possibly in other codesets. I think it's the animation engine, but I've heard claims the throw mod engine can cause similar issues. The solution is to refrain from using final smashes when also using balance tweaking hacks (though most don't cause issues; off the top of my head, Zelda & Sheik's also causes locks in Bbrawl). Hopefully in the future we'll be able to fix this bug; I do want to communicate that it's not apathy but merely coding limitations that causes this sort of problem.

Final smashes have been crashing since way earlier than the animation engine. It might be even something more basic.

It's the Throw Modifier code from Brawl+. Disable it and it's "Data" code and it'll work just fine. I had the same problem before.

I don't think he was trying to put textures on it, i think it just freezes when he uses it. I have a similar problem, I can't use the corneria stage, well I can for like 45 seconds, then it freezes with that stupid beep, it's the exact same amount of time before it freezes every time despite if it has graphics or not or what character I'm using.

I'm assuming the throw modifier is also the problem but what does this code do specifically, if it changes knockback on throws that help with better combo setups I'd prefer to keep it, I need some clarification on this.

Codes were not tested with items.
Therefore, a few random codes together can **** up items. Final Smashes are the most prominent to said ****ing up.

well i guess you gotta man up and not rely on the blue falcon, fists and knees only.

What exactly is the Throw Modifier? Is it something that I'm going to notice while playing?
Nope, you won't notice a single change in disabling it. So just turn it off. XD Besides, we all know you can't truly enjoy the full fun and manliness of Captain Falcon without BLUE FALCONE!

The throw modifier is a code that can change the properties of throws. If you're playing a hack that utilizes it, turning it off is definitely significant. If the hack you're playing does not use it, we might question why it was ever on.

Of course, some of the other explanations were plausible too. If you want tech support explaining issues, giving a detailed explanation of what you were doing would be important.

Also, just throwing it out there, I can't speak for any other projects, but I do know Bbrawl does not, never has, and never will crash when loading Corneria or any other stage. Any codes associated with Bbrawl definitely are not causing that.
