Blaze the cat Burning Soul PSA [v1.99] over Toon Link crashes Project M. Can someone help resolve this issue?

I placed all the files(except the CSPs and the BPs , from the download, to the respective places that they should go. After selecting Toon Link and watching Blaze do her intro, the game crashes. Please help.

Did you place the module and fighter files also?

Yes, I did and the motion.pac, the enrty.pac, the module file, and every file that is inclued in the download.
