Blackness?

Recently my computer has been flashing light to abit darker and this morning it just completly went black i could still just see the top of the google toolbar so it was still turned on what happened?

two things: you have a LCD, plasma or common monitor?

if it's common, maybe you have to change the bulb of the screen ('cause it's like if it were a lamp). Send it to change that.
