Biggest mismatch?

Which matchup do you think presents the biggest mismatch for one character over another?

My vote has gotta go to Palutena vs Piranha Plant. The plant just doesn't stand a chance against her unless the Palutena player makes some major mistakes. The plant is basically a sitting duck against her projectile specials, her down special is both counter and reflector (which even works on the poison cloud, she can easily fend off PP's aerials. Every aspect of the matchup is in Palutena's favor.

This would have more truth to it if there weren't so many characters who blend the different general classes you listed. We've got some swordies with projectiles (e.g. Corrin, Cloud) and projectile shooters who can brawl (e.g. Wolf, K. Rool) and brawlers with weapons (e.g. Ganondorf) and some brawlers with projectiles and a weapon (e.g. Zero Suit). And then there are the characters who are just super unique in their play (e.g. Peach/Daisy, Pacman).

Not talking about any tier list. I'm talking about matchups where one character is uniquely well-suited to just demolishing the other character. I find that to be the case w/ Palutena and PP. The PP player needs to outplay the Palutena by a pretty large margin to win the match.

Amen to this. I play Puff and I absolutely loathe facing Ike.

Marth/Lucina/Roy/Chrom vs Diddy or Pichu. They're way too small and your sword will rarely hit them. You can barely play on stage since they're usually much faster nor can you play off stage too well since their recoveries are better.
