Big Blue Esports Reveals Shine 2017 Dates



On December 20th, New England's premiere Smash organization, Big Blue eSports, revealed the dates for their next major event, Shine 2017, via Twitch. Veteran tournament organizers Matthew "MattDotZeb" Zaborowski, Shi “Rorec” Deng and the rest of the Big Blue eSports team will be hosting the event on August 25th - 27th in Boston, Massachusetts.


After having major success with Shine 2016, it is no surprise that New England's first major tournament series will be returning for a second year. Shine 2016 was a tournament for Super Smash Bros. 64, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. Accumulating over 2350 attendees, it was the largest fighting game event held in the New England region.

Probably won't be able to go :/ , but given how awesome Shine 2016 was I'll be recommending it to any and all of my smash friends.
