Feint - Snake Eyes
Depends on what kind of character you enjoy playing but I would recommend Olimar or Inkling as they’re both really strong currently.

Really just whoever you like playing; Mega man has plenty of tools and so little that he leaves un-covered.
That said, I use Icies as my secondary but have been pushing towards Pac-man as I keep playing the game.

Wario is a good secondary. He can take on all the brawlers while megaman can handle range and swords
