no chain grabs past 300%

in the event of a kirbycide, ganoncide, dedecide and bowsercide, the one who initiates the suicide wins

single elimination, best 2 OUT OF 3

if their is unplayable lag wait for it to go away or reset the match

in the event of a time out the winner will be decided by stock then %

Needs to go into a bit more detail. Like whether it will be single or double elimination, how many players you're willing to take, what happens if a suicide move like Ganon's side B ends the match in a draw, how a timed out match is resolved, an edge grab limit, a limit on infinites (if you'd like one), and how unplayable lag would be resolved. Those are things just out of the top of my head...
