#Looking for people to record human vs human videos
using the mods in my vault
What mods am I referring to?
You can check them out here with style...
or you can go directly to Vault1 & Vault2
====================================
Who am I?
Hello Community, my name is Kero .
I'm working on building an unrelated video game (among several other projects),
and I don't really have time for smash modding at the moment.
But, at one time, it was a passion of mine,
the main reason I studied college computer science in college,
and the reason I am endeavoring to start a video game company today.
====================================
What am I looking for?
Mainly, I am here hoping to find people to use and video record my mods competitively (or at least with a higher skill cap).
====================================
How the community has reacted so far?
Some have been insightful
some have been insensitively critical
But no one has been able to meet my needs
====================================
Why am I doing this?
-I'd like to treat this as a case study
-I want to see how many people actually get the depth of the moves I've built,
and whether I should bother keeping such depth,
adding more in the future,
or reducing it dramatically.
-I'm also curious who can figure out ways to break or abuse the characters moves
(this will help me design-tweak in future iterations if I return to smash modding,
or if I place the move set in a video game in the future).
-The nostalgia of seeing my old mods in action is a major motivation.
All these mods were my first experience with programming -
before I started studying computer science, formally, in college.
I feel that at best-
if people understand the moves I have built, then I have succeeded.
At worst, if they cannot, then I'll need to consider tweaks.
-There's a chance it might help ease me back into modding one day,
perhaps as a testing ground for future games I plan to develop.
====================================
Current Videos of Mods can be found here.
At the time of writing this post, there are less than a handful of videos, and though there have been - collectively - thousands of downloads of my mods, I have no idea what people think or feel or how they view what I have created. I need to understand the group who likes what I do better if I am to build things that group likes better in the future.
====================================
Request
If you know of anyone who would be wiling to try learning & recording these movesets (with skins) in a live battle against another skilled player and vs another PSA of similar power level - it would help me see/understand more of their balances/strengths/weaknesses as well as inspire me.
