What banned stages is marth good on and what he can do on those stages?

Also, i post this since i guess there are some tournaments that want to not use a ruleset that has ledgegrab limits, cape glitch banned, or has banned stages. I want to see what I should do in this kind of situation.

Every stage that has hitlag extenders (blocks and ****)
Every stage that has multiple ledges or platforms above ledges.
