B+ Files

On the link I will provide, the download provides "B+ files", that contain codes within the files. What do I do with these?

EDIT: Ok, got it.

The codes go in your GCT file, and the text for said gct file is on the Brawl+ site; you can copy paste them together, and put them in codemanager. The texture files (the pac and pcs files) go in respective character's folders.
