Auto-injecting directory into an .iso

Is there a program or command line based tool to auto-inject a directory into my Brawl iso?

For example, if I have a folder called DATA, with all of Brawl's folders and data within it that match the exact filenames listed within the original iso, is there a tool that will auto-replace all available files within the iso (most likely using Wiiscrubber)?

Are you talking about injecting into the ISO on Your REAL SSBB? NOT POSSIBLE. SO far i guess.
Sd loader is your best bet.

Using Wiiscrubber 1.4 you can replace entire partitions. Check it out. You need the entire pack.

Hmm, so your saying you could take your ripped ISO and afterwhich, able to inject .pacs and textures for reburning?
(Not saying how to have it ripped so I won't get in trouble)
