bradboy102 submitted a new guide:

Aura Dojo (Updated over time) - A Smash 4 Lucario Guide

#Da #Scruggle #Is #real #No #Mo'

Lucario has come a long way from Brawl. Sure, he wasn't bad, but he wasn't anything compared to some of the higher tier characters; after all, he had no real fancy tricks. Things are different now. Lucario's Aura is much more of a tool for destruction than ever before.

Now that THAT'S over, let's begin the real guide...

For the sake of sparing you any extra time looking, I will start by saying that I don't have specific frame-data or...

You'll need a lot more info in general, but not bad for a starting guide getting updates over time.:shades: There's a plethora of info & general knowledge about Lucario in the Metagame Thread, & perhaps a few answers to look for if you would like extra tid-bit information. These sources / links may help:

http://www.ssbwiki.com/Lucario_(SSB4)

http://smashboards.com/threads/i-can-sense-your-aura-the-lucario-metagame-thread.372100/ <-- This has good information

https://www.dropbox.com/s/c1no8lainkxo2z9/Smash 4 Lucario chart.xlsx?dl= <-- Aura Damage Chart made by MythTrainerInfinity. Ask ahead and / or give him credit if you plan on using this data

http://smashboards.com/threads/q-a-aura-warriors-discover-master.373189/ <-- May have some info you're looking for

http://smashboards.com/threads/lucario-recovery-tricks.373431/#post-17787716 <-- This can discuss defensive options Lucario has for times you're regaining stage control, by avoiding ledge-zoning & things like that.

http://smashboards.com/threads/lucarios-overall-changes-in-smash-4.366711/ <-- May help you create more in-depth info about the Transition change from Lucario(Brawl) to Lucario(SSB4)

Sorry but thank you.

As long as you make a comment about his Reverse Double Team option, I'll be content.:awesome:

And as for a general response about Lucario's Custom Specials, people are preferring Lucario's default specials over most of his Customs, but you can still go in-depth about them if you like.

Sounds great to me. I also planned on talking about reverse double-team. It was very useful in Brawl, and even more so in Smash 4.

I wanna love this post, however I can only like it. Do stress not to over-use DT though, mis-timed DT's & mis-placed ones are a free punish.

That is all I can add-to. Good luck on the guide, I can't wait to read it at it's final form.:shades:

Thanks again Masonomace! I'll keep that in mind as I'm writing the guide. With all of this information you gave me, I think this will go along well; I plan to give you credit as well for scouting information and organizing it in an easy to find manner.

No need. I would not like any credit. You're creating the guide afterall.:p

EDIT: But if you feel the need to, then sure.

Needs a little more of info, you could also add that you can do decent combos and follow-ups when Lucario is at 0%, so you can start damaging the oponent and then finish it if you are with 50% or more. Also, Lucario's Aura Sphere can serve as a very good edge guarding move because when Lucario's damage is above 60% it can hit very hard. Anyway, nice guide I hope you consider my feedback :)

Of course my friend. Thanks for your feedback. This guide is still in the process of being updated, so as I go along, I'll take your info into consideration and integrate it. Thanks again, buddy!
