Houston's premiere weekly, the 59th event!

In doubles, these players are allowed but must team with unranked players.
If you are coming from out of town, COME THROUGH! We welcome any challengers because we have huge faith in our current -barely- unranked players. The only outsiders banned from this event are the 50 players in the Panda Global Rankings.

1:00 p.m. - The Smash United Team begins setting up
1:30 p.m. - Registration begins
2:30 p.m. - Big Brother Doubles
4:30 p.m. - Arcadian Singles
EVENT FEES:
$5 Venue fee
$5 Per player doubles
$5 1v1
Venue fee is waived for bringing a TV+Wii U+Sm4sh+GC Adapter with everything (except ALL DLC, but DLC preferred) needed unlocked. Wii U MUST be updated to current format. Only first 16 setups get the waive.
PLEASE BRING SETUPS for the event to run properly and quickly, as well as to snag the venue waive. Laggy monitors sadly, will not get the venue waive. So keep that in mind. (Asus/benq monitors etc are always a safe bet). Also we are capping at 16 venue waives, we don't want to overwhelm the new venue already. If you count on the venue waive, come early.

Neutrals:
- BattleField/Miiverse (meaning if you strike one, you strike both)
- Smashville
- Town and City
- Lylat Cruise
- Final Destination
Counterpicks:
- DreamLand 64
- Duck Hunt
- Any Omega (striking this also strikes FD)
Stage Striking Order:
1-2-pick for the first round. (RPS for first ban if need be)
1 ban for the winner of each round
In bo5 sets stages are only banned for the following round.
AKA if FD is banned after game 1, in game 5 it is unbanned. Etc.

8 minute time limit
Items set to "Off" and "None"
Team attack ON in doubles
Equipment is banned
Custom moves are banned
1111 Miis on guest/standard size only.
Pausing results in a stock loss, unless it is for the opposing player's controller malfunction.
