I didn't read the whole thing, because he was basically giving them general info about stuff we already knew. He said it was being designed by Sakurai with over 50 other people, etc etc. It seems to have been made after the first trailer, because he only discusses those characters, and says that Snake could be a gateway to other third party characters.
