Some people (Mr. Dansish Butter Cookies) makes gr8 montages and at some points (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2WSHfEzlFA) or (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGQs9evzXBw&t=122s at 2:04) he makes strange camera angles and things with black background I would know how they make those camera angles while gameplay and replay mode's camera angle is so limitated.

They're probably using a mod for the unrestricted camera movement and keyframing to remove the background (or just using another mod).

It's like STL Dope says, a mod called " unrestricted camera mod".
Apparently it's pretty difficult and it takes multiple shots to get it right.
