Haha, my friend and I will probably have all the characters unlocked the first day.
(Unless of course there was a certain way such as Mewtwo in Melee)

Well I would *like* to have the suprise of unlocking characters myself, but then I live in Australia so um... yeah... God knows when we'll actually get our hands on the game. I'm hoping the delay will be closer to that of Galaxy which was only a few weeks, rather than Metroid Prime 3: Corruption which was a few months... There's no way I can avoid it for that long, but I might be able to manage it if Australia/New Zealand and Europe only have to wait a few weeks.

*Sigh* I hate being in the PAL region... It's like impossible to avoid spoilers. I'm hoping to at least avoid the SE plot, even if I have the roster spoilt.

not only is it probably impossible because of A-holes, some people (like myself) doesn't want to wait until the 10th so it wouldn't be fair to them. Plus, freedom of speech and all that jazz

The thing is, this time we actually know how to unlock most of the characters. So its not like Melee where most unlockables were randomly assigned to specific goals, and we were kinda forced to look up the ways to get them...

I will probably find them out like many, right around the Japanese release... but in a way now I want to wait because if I wait I know I will be able to go into SSE and look forward to those encounters Sakurai talks about...
