It'd be kind of weird for a four legged pokemon to be a playable, and that's why I'm hesistant to play as Bulbasaur. Meh, even so, he's the most powerful pk in existence so I'd probably play as him nonetheless considering he'd be god tier and all.
I still have my doubts though. I still think he's going to be just a pokeball.
