Any Smashers in ottawa?

I just realized that there is a pretty underground fighting scene for this game and i mean like a game i used to love as a kid is a real sweaty fighter, like i'm big fighting game player and fan. I couldn't believe it so now i'm looking everywhere for a copy of melee and probably some chill smashers to play with. I'm also looking into netplay for melee but currently having issues with that.
