Any locals in Southern Maryland?

for a while now i've been looking around for tournaments in the southern maryland area, but no luck at all. i'd rather not go to xanadu since the area is an hour long drive from me and that's about all i know of that's anywhere remotely close to me. are there any communities in the southern maryland area at all? (preferably charles county, but anywhere in the tri-county area would just about do)
