Job #71: Submit a moveset for Woody and Deku
The only requirements are to have both specials and a final smash. You can also add a little extra detail for their movesets if you like (only optional). You can submit a moveset for one or all of them. If anyone wishes to see an example, you can look at our past movesets linked in the first post of the thread.

Gonna try and revive this
Woody:
Neutral Special: Luxo Ball:
Woody lobs a luxo ball forward, dealing damage to anyone he hits.
Side Special: Laso Throw:
Woody woops his lasso foward, grabbing an opponent.
Up Special: Pullstring Graple:
Woody uses his pullstring like a grappling hook and grabs on to the first thing it catches.
Down Special: Bullseye:
Woody summons Bullseye and rides forward, dealing damage to anyone who gets in his way.
Final Smash: The Big One:
Woody jumps into RC like in the big final chase of Toy Story 1 and then shoots foward on a rocket with Buzz, dealing great damage to wherever they hit.
Buzz could still be in later, would be a Chrom and Robin situation.
Deku:
Neutral Special - Delaware Smash:
Deku flicks his fingers, creating a large shock wave in front of him that damages anyone that gets close.
Side Special - Detroit Smash:
Deku charges up and preforms a strong punch, knocking opponents back.
Up Special - Manchester Smash:
Deku leaps onto the air as he performs a front flip and then an axe kick down onto the opponents.
Down Special - Full Cowling:
This must be charged up. Deku enters Full Cowling mode. This gives him extended speed and attack power, but if you exert yourself too much, Deku may end up doing damage to himself.
Final Smash - 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash
Deku fully takes control of One for All. He charges towards an opponent and enters a cutscene where he delivers a powerful punch that sends the opponent's flying.
Woody:

I will make one change immediately, and that is the addition of Arale. I feel the user who swung the votes for Panty and Stocking is extremely shady, and while they won’t be getting removed, I do think that Arale should be here considering the circumstances. As a matter of fact, that’s the next topic. What should Arale’s Moveset look like? You have 24 to 48 hours to respond.
