If anyone else here knows this, I also host smash 64 tournaments. The term AMMSE means:

The added B refers to Brawl 1
You are required to have AIM (whether it be the actual program or just AIM'ing people on Aol.com to participate in this tournament.
Since this is the first tourney I am hosting here on Smashboards for brawl, I will make it quite simple.
Rules:
Match sets:
* Matches will be 2/3 for all matches in Winner's outside of Winner's Finals and Grand Finals
*All matches in losers are 3/5
Items/stocks rules:
* Items set to off and none
*3 stocks 8 minutes.
Lag and D/Q rules:
* If there is unplayable lag the winner will be decided by a coinflip. If these people meet again in bracket and the connection is the same, the person who lost the coinflip last time will win it this time.
* If you are inactive I will DQ you and the next person on the waiting list will take your spot. This only applies to Winner's round 1 and Loser's round 1.
Yes, Metaknight's aerials are dumb. In other words, The, You MAAAD rules
* MK's IDC stall is banned
* Stalling is banned
*Scrooging is banned
* Planking is allowed
Infinite rules
*The King D3 standing infinite is not allowed. The Dedede must do a running grab or another move (outside a jab) in between every grab
*IC chain grabs and all other chain grabs must end past 150
Stages and stage rules
* If you are the winner of the previous match you get 3 stage bans. You can ban 3 of any stage choices outside of banning 3 neutrals.
*The person who announces their strike first strikes 2 stages. Then the next person strikes 3 stages. then the next person picks the stage. In other words, there are 7 neutrals.
* You may pick up to 6 characters (transformation chars are counted as one). You can choose to change these characters if you inform me fore the round
* All characters allowed
