I considered Triple Elimination, but then I thought that it was too obvious and everyone could see it coming a mile away.

Can't we just have a virtual gauntlet and let everyone else have at it? I'd be all over that, with down-taunts after every stock lost.

For the love of god, please don't make this tourney doubles. Doubles RARELY IF EVER succeed. Also, I pray that I get an easy opponent. I've been losing WAY TOO MUCH LATELY. Seriously, I have. I cannot tell how frustrated I am. I'm really tempted to quit brawl. Please give me an easy opponent.

I'll see what I can do about giving you an easy opponent....
....meaning that I can't make your life easier just because you ask for it lol. Try to train and practice a bit if you want to increase your chances of winning.
I actually do practice(through Basic Brawl if ya wanna know) and next thing I know, I get pwned by my opponent for a tourney. (sigh) Why does it seem that I'm destined to keep losing when it comes to Brawl? It doesn't really help that I have other interests which eat into time I could be using practicing for brawl.

only scrubs play basic brawl thats why u might as well play lvl 9 cpus..
Basic Brawl..... I doubt you can improve playing that. I play Basic Brawl AND cpus.
CPUs aren't totally worthless. To a certain level, you can improve well playing CPUs, as long as you keep in mind all the differences they have with real players.
They're good for learning how to space and time attacks, how to pace yourself, etc., etc.
Edit: If you still have trouble with high level CPU's, you probably need to learn how to apply the basics of the game correctly.
