Welcome all, to my second experience hosting an online OTL tournament! My first one was mostly successful, save for a few DQ's and coin flips in the first few rounds. I hope this tournament turns out to be successful and popular too, and thus I've made this one as normal as possible; no silly rules or themes, just you and your ability to accomplish.
Note: This tournament WILL be seeded through the Power Rankings, just like my last one was.

This is a double-elimination 16-man tournament, but I would like to get atleast four or five on the waiting list just in case. Regardless, I implore you only to sign up if you are absolutely positive you have a decent connection that won't fail mid-tourney, are committed to sticking it out, and are a good sport. NO attitudes and no johns.
There is also a minimum of 150 post count required to enter. The exception is if you have entered an OTL tournament before and have proven yourself trustworthy.

Please be reasonably specific when reporting results; I atleast want to know how many matches each player won. Replays would be great too, but that's up to you.

- 8 minutes time limit
- Items set to 'Off' and 'None'
- Stalling is banned.
- Infinites are allowed.
- All characters are allowed.
- If time runs out, the winner is decided by stock and then percent.
- MK's IDC Glitch is banned.
- If lag is a serious issue..... we'll work something out.

- The light-green ones are neutrals, and the turquoise are counter-picks. Any stages not listed here are banned.
- To choose the starter, the stage-striking procedure is encouraged.
- You may also ban one counter-pick for the set.
- You cannot counter-pick a stage you have won on.
