A Separate "Smash Attack" Button?

So, would you guy accept Smash Attacks having its own separate button?

An Idea I gotten from PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. A Smash Button could have up to 4 Smash Attacks.

For Neutral, Side, Up, & Down Directions.

Also, should "Shield" have only one button?

You could definitely replace one of the jump buttons with it, having to use the C-stick or press A and B can be tedious. Kinda sad we didn't get that option for custom controls, maybe in the next game... hopefully?

It kind of already does, if you have your C-Stick set to Smash. What would be the point of making a button perform the action when you'd still have to use the left stick in order to get it to perform the exact action you'd be doing? You may as well just be using A and the stick.

Far as the shield, I already exclusively only use one shield button, L.
