A quick question about iso decryption (delete if necessary)

The naruto conr3 disc basically has the same file types that brawl does but seeing as how my hack knowledge is essentially mostly just going through laymen explanations of concepts given to me I have no real way to answer this question,

I had looked into doing this but always ran into a wall when it came finding a program to open and decrypt the disc file to get at where the sound files are. All of the programs required a keys.bin file which no one provides (I am sure its because we arent supposed to know them). They all say to go search for them, but I have no clue what I am searching for. Otherwise I would have given this a shot already.

I kind of wish to answer this inquiry as I know that the textures for rev3 can be loaded through brawlbox but I have no real clue where to start regarding a file replacement code for the game.

Yes I know this is only vaguely to barely related to brawl but this is the first place that came to mind.

I'm not sure if Naruto CoNR3 has SD reading/writing capabilities, but if it does, it can probably be exploited the way Brawl does it. If it doesn't read/write from the SD, it's not likely going to happen.

If it doesnt, themn rhetorically the only way to do it would be to change the files specific in the iso then usb load or dvd burn it, correct?
