Darkrai, Shayman, and Arceus haven't been publicly announced in Diamond and Pearl, will they show them in Pokeballs in Brawl?

I doubt it, at least for Shaymin.

"Everybody knows about them" isn't a reason. For Shaymin, especially, you're not supposed to. They won't reveal a secret from another series before the actual series officially reveals it, it wouldn't make sense.

I think the new movie for the D/P series will publicly announce at least two of them. But yeah, Brawl wouldn't use Pokemon's secret sets until they get some recognition first.

They probably won't, sadly. Unless, of course, Game Freak (or whatever) wants to reveal them with Brawl, which I doubt.

Oh, except Darkrai. He's been revealed in Japan, and is soon to be in America, so... He has a chance.

uh, Darkrai is in the latest pokemon movie....so, technically, he's been publicly announced.

Darkrai is indeed announced, as he had been in the last movie. His official art has been released as well, so you don't have to fret about that one.
Shaymin and Arceus, however, are still 'not known', thus they actually have no chance. They might if they get released before Brawl, but iono..
