Smash Rookie
Hello!
It's been a few years since I seriously played Smash (Melee is my favorite) and with the new Smash annoucement I am hoping this Smash for the Switch will be the first one I really try to play competitively! (Here's hoping it's not just Smash for the WiiU)
I mostly play Melee with friends, having dabbled a bit online with netplay, and having gone to a few local tournaments, but that was 2 years ago at this point. My main is Doc but I also play Sheik. I didn't intend on being a Shroomed copycat but AY it happens!
I guess my goal for being here on Smashboards is to be present when the new Smash title releases and to experience all the lead up with other smashers.
As well it would be cool to connect with any melee smashers either on netplay (can someone point me in the right direction for re-installing dolphin and all those fun settings?) or locally for tourneys.
I am pretty excited to see who is out there, so cheers!
