Project A new balanced melee

I have been fooling around and I have decided I would really like to make a new balanced melee. This wouldent be like a hardcore project or anything it would just be to have fun. It wouldn't really be about balancing it would mostly be about making everyone as cool and as fun as possible. If anyone would like to help by giving ideas or anything like that it would be awesome. I have been using crazy hand and not any really intense mods but it has been really fun. Even if you would only have ideas for one move fix for any character it would be fine. I have been thinking about making a discord but i wouldent know what to call the mod or the discord any ideas would be awesome

Yeah i know alot of people have done it but i wabt mine to be with everyone helping with thier own mains. I have joined a bunch a charcters main discords and they have helped me make charcters the best for them because its their main. Thanks

I do have one question though how do you make the download dowloadable without putting up the whole iso. Is their a way to do it with crazy hand

Minimal in a general sense. The lower tier characters can be sped up with their moves connection more. Better recovery options in Melee, as well as removing the edge guard. Fox, Falco, Marth, and Shiek should soft counter others below them at most if you believe in tiers.

IE: If Mario and Young Links recovery went almost as fast as Fox's and as long they might be considered 'top tier.'
