a few little tips

Disjointed Hitboxes are pretty useful. Can reach opponents a bit further away, which lowers the risk of you getting hit, or possibly KO`d with high percent
Practice combos. A pretty useful one is pound into rest. Use pound a few times in succession, and then rest.
Try to practice some movement options in training. This can be useful later when you find a character on for glory with a lot of movement control (can control a stage well) as you can avoid it well with some practice.
Study your opponent. Try and find weaknesses in their game. (Zero quote? I forgot)
