Favourite meme: Oh goodness, I forgot a question -- my absolute favorite meme is the 21 Savage Supervillain meme. I wish for the life of me that a comic book studio would get him to play a minor cameo role AS a supervillain bwa-ha-ha-ing on some TV feed in a superhero movie at some point, just for the lulz. Whichever studio does that first will have my eternal gratitude.

Favourite plant: Stinging nettles. Hear me out -- stinging nettles are those roadside plants that stab the hell out of your shins when you have to walk through it. On my little walk across America this summer, I have come to know and hate them well. That was, until I stayed with one of my couchsurfing hosts in Lexington, who showed me how you can make a tea with the leaves -- and it's a damn good tea at that. Absolutely perfect as-is -- it's like green tea but a lot milder, good for colds. DON'T... harvest the stuff without gloves, but you can dry the leaves and steep them in hot water the way you do tea leaves. I will do this a lot on my journey from here on in, especially as I cross through the national parks further south...

Favourite country: I don't play the politics game, especially not the nationalism edition. Can I just say Planet Earth is my favorite country? Will that suffice?

Favourite drink: I'm big on tea, especially a lightly brewed green tea, in case you couldn't tell from my spiel on stinging nettles above. I am also a big-time soda afficionado, and though some consider this a weakness, I treat it as a strength. I am a soda connoisseur. In fact, here in Kentucky where I'm at now, they have this local brand of ginger ale called Ale 8-1 which is absolutely divine -- but the cherry flavor tastes like cough syrup, likely because they use real maraschino cherry juice to flavor it, which my refined soda taste-buds could sort out.
