Thank you very much! Yeah this took a while to do, some stages I had trouble finding a song for, some I had trouble narrowing down songs, etc. but yeah I hope we get a good chunk of our song choices in the game!

I'm not a fan of Black and White either DX (It's my least favorite Pkmn generation.)

It's alright, not everybody can have good taste. Anyway, here's the songs I listed with some actual links now:

Haha. Sorry man. I played through B/W once and didn't have the urge to go back for another playthrough. My personal favorites are Emerald and Platinum. It still has good music. It'd be cool to see N's Final Battle or the B/W Ending themes in Smash.

Yeh, we need more David Wise tracks. TF has great music to use (that ISN'T the same Jungle music we've heard before). Rockface Rumble would be great, although I don't know if it would fit the DK stages in Ultimate.

Colosseum and XD have great tracks to choose from! I love 'Cipher Peon Battle', 'Phenac City' and 'Normal Battle'. Battle Revolution has some good tracks to use too, like Sunset Colosseum.

I just wanted to say that the only thing keeping me from putting any Tropical Freeze music is me holding out hope that if Dixie Kong becomes a DLC character, she’ll bring a Tropical Freeze stage and a good chunk of music from that game with her, otherwise I could see stuff like Scorch ‘N’ Torch being on Jungle Japes/Kongo Jungle or Busted Bayou on Kongo Falls

Some really amazing selections in this thread! I've already been totally spoiled with all the fantastic music in this game so far, so I'm totally happy where things are at. That said if any of the following tracks made it into the game I'd be even more over the moon!

- One Winged Angel from Final Fantasy 7.
- Battle! Zinnia, Battle! Deoxys, Battle! Aqua/Magma Leader, and Team Skull Leader Guzma from Pokemon.
- Anything from Snowboard kids, but with Grass Valley and Dizzy Land being my faves.
- I don't think they'll be DLC, to my great dismay, but if they did make it in literally any track from Banjo Kazooie and it's sequel would be treasured.
- Meta Crystal from Super Smash Bros.
- Attack of the Koopa Bros. and Battle Fanfare from Paper Mario.
- Electrodrome, Bowser's Castle, and N64 Rainbow Road from Mario Kart 8.
- Zant Battle from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They'd no doubt have to cut it down for time and tone, but I think a cool remix could be made from it, especially around the 2:48 mark in the linked video.
- Metallic Mario from Super Mario 64.

I remember some people saying Namco pretends it doesn't exist, though, but maybe that's wrong...but I wouldn't be surprised since we only got 3 actual Pac-Man tracks in Smash 4...

Hyrule Castle from the Legend of Zelda ALTT/ALBW, it's honestly mind boggling that it's not in at this point.

Level 9-8 from Donkey Kong on the Gameboy, underrated game, and the coolest tune in the game.

Final Boss from Yoshi's Island, again, it boggles my mind that it's not in yet.

Literally any music from Super Punch-Out, the NES game has some of my favorite VGM of all time but I really want Super Punch-Out to be acknowledged. Maybe a Medley?

Any music from the NES version of Metal Gear. I get that the NES games were kind of a ******* children of the series that aren't considered canon, and are definitely inferior to their MSX counterparts... but not in the music department. The jungle theme beats theme of Tara any day imo.
