With the release of Mewtwo, World War Wii is back for another go! This Saturday (4/18) at 2PM EST we will be hosting a Smash 4 Wii U Mewtwo Only tournament! To make this event even more fun, there will be a total prize pool of $100!

To participate in this tournament, you simply need to sign up in the Challonge bracket and show up in the IRC tomorrow. Make sure that you are here some time between 1-2PM EST tomorrow in order to check-in to the bracket. If you do not check-in sometime in the hour before the tournament you will be disqualified when the tournament begins. I will be going over everything on stream starting at 1PM EST so feel free to ask questions!

Can't participate because you don't have Mewtwo? We're very sorry to hear that, but maybe this would help ease your pain: We will be giving away a Mewtwo 3DS code during the grand finals of the tournament. So even if you can't participate, check out the stream and you just may have the opportunity of getting a free Mewtwo!
That being said, we really hope that you enjoy this event! We are currently looking into possibly returning to the online tournament world in the fall and this tournament is pivotal in making that decision, so please let us know what you think in the comments and what you may want to see from us if we were to return!
