So I was playing Project M and when I paused, I've pressed a combination of buttons and The game looked like a 3D film in cinema without 3D glasses. So the question is what is the combination?

Are you sure it wasn't something you accidently pressed on your TV or something? Unless you activated Debug Mode (which is by holding down L + R + D-Pad Down), I'm certain there's no feature like this in Project M. This is the list of button combinations that can be used in Debug Mode:
