I recently updated my 20xx to 4.0 training pack beta, but In Game Toggles don't work on this version. Is that going to be fixed soon, or can I get a link to a version with working toggles?

I'm actually using it for Wii and they still don't work. I tried looking, but I can't find mirror to 3.02. Could you link me one if possible? Thanks in advance.

It is under the download links for version 4.0. You should find a link that says "20XX Melee Hack Pack 3.02 File Replacements (with Instructions).zip" click on it and then you will be able to download it.
