20XX 4.07++ Bugs?

There's a new 20XX Melee Training Hack Pack (v5.0 - 11/21/2021)
I also used to experience that same random OHKO bug in some instances, it may be been a faulty/corrupted ISO because everything else works just as fine.
Have you tried downloading the new version to see if this bug has been fixed?
