Just to close the art argument down permanently, fashion is an art, it is the art of expression through clothing, accessories, blah blah. It is a form of bringing out what's within someone, and it's used to evoke certain emotions or thoughts. That's the idea at least, you can disagree but that is it the point of fashion which is basically in a nutshell, art with clothing.
Whether you take that approach with clothing or not doesn't change the fact that some people do.
But back to Bieber, I've always found it funny how straight guys who will be all "I'm straight yo, I'm a man yo, no homo yo, I can't judge a dude yo wtf u gay bro?" in a normal situation will suddenly jump to stating that JB is ugly.

Bieber is pretty cute, I would know, at least if you're going to insult something about him, choose something you have grounds for. Also even if he were ugly, he has money and success, that's pretty attractive to women, so he could look like a horse's *** and still get mad nookie.
Although he shouldn't because I should totally have that, then I would never shut up about it. Hey at least there won't be any pregnancy claims!
