He's from Ninja 5-0 a pretty decent Konami GBA game. He uses Shuriken, 3 at a time in a straight line, which upgrade to an expaning triple fire-ball jutsu when he's blue, which upgrades to a laser style jutsu, i guess, when he's black He has a grappling hook which he uses to attack to almost anything. He also has a sword with which he has two crouching attacks, a double slash standing attack, a spinning jump. And he can perform slides... He's like a lame Hagane!!
He also has a special meter when full he will perform an attack similar to Maximum Spider. If you don't know what that is or means, I hate you.
But how would he attack as an AT!? I figure he should have a repetoire. Come out and join the fray like a regular character with no added techniques. Sometimes he'll perform the multi hit attack, other times he'll spam projectiles which home in slightly on your enemies, other times he'll act as the ultimate douchebag edge guard, showing off his awesome acrobatic skills, by hoping off the ledge, grappling on, and ramming into anyone trying to make it back. Sometimes he'll cover the whole ledge on the left or right side. Other times he will attach to the bottom most point of the stage in the middle Swinging around the entirety of the main platform!!
