That must be Jrugs. He made a huge skilljump right before he moved to Md/va. Glad to hear he's still using **** pivot grabs.

Also, good job beating Dabuz. I lost to him when he came to that TX tourney a few weeks ago. He seemed really unfamiliar at the MU (he didn't know that Marth could fair --> upb on a shield before olimar could pivot grab lol, just random stuff). Logic seems to kow it a million times more lol. How close was the set?

Dabuz is blatantly unfamiliar with the match-up specifics, but his flowchart style of Olimar play + Olimar's tools all being bullshlt allows him to perform in it decently.

1. Don't approach

2. If when opponent approaches depending on angle counter with U-smash, Pivot Grab, F-air (still don't know why he does this or why I get hit by it sometimes because I should be spotting it and ****** it, but I'm dumb)

3. If/When opponent does shield pressure option counter with x

4. If/When a hit connects cover options with x

The funniest part is that it seems so simple, but Olimar's tools are such nonsense numerically that you have to outsmart them just to beat the moves you know they're already going to use. ***ing dumba$$ character.

I'll never be able to give anyone tips on most MUs anymore because I'm going to change how I play them against every opponent and do a lot of stupid **** like Ally does, since that's how I played Melee (and won)

It's funny because I always criticize you and Anti because I think you play so unsafe and ******** so I never went for unsafe reads like I used to in Melee so I get *****. The one time I play like I used to without regard for my safety I did well lol

I just wasn't hesitating to take any risks. Before when I would play I would think about things I thought my opponent might do but I never would actually take the risk to read it because it meant I could possibly be punished. I don't really care if I get punished anymore though.

how do you get the ****ing white pikmin off of you? that **** did all 30+% i was trying to nair and d-air and **** i dont remember if i f-aired. ima test it out

i don't like f-airing pikmin off of my because it's so stale by the time i reach olimar it doesn't shield stun enough OR histun enough for follow ups. if they mash out of a stale f-air @ low% i can't even follow up with a DB, and @ mid percents he can f-air me back if i try to follow it up. I know some of the EU scrubs (not EU rep, i mean ur actual scrubs) say "all i do is f-air" but what the **** else am i supposed to do ROFL

I tried to Shield Break to punish something, but then BOTH opponents PS'ed it and ***** me.
It was as stupid as it sounds.

Just trying to sneak in because I am pretty much a Marth main (along with DDD and ZSS) now.
