Is Spring Man the main character of ARMS?

In the sense that Ryu is the main character of Street Fighter.
He's the guy on the box art, title screen, and promotional material.
He also has the most "basic" ability. Min Min's ability is the Dragon ARM. Spring Man's is just rage.
