1) Where are you trying to upload an image? On a thread post? On a profile post? If a profile post, you can only link images, not upload them.

2) If on a thread post, what happens after you tap the image icon? After tapping “Drop Image (or Click Here)Do you get the prompt to upload via device, through camera, or browse?

3) After doing #2 what happens? Do you get Contact an Administrator?

So I when I put the url link in the image box when I am I'm on my phone, it doesn't work and I get a error message. I could do that anywhere on this site on my phone and I still get a error message. Also, I've tried to put images and gifs in the image box and nether hasn't worked on my phone.

Yeah, in profile posts, I have to insert an image URL to get it to work, which isn't very useful when I want to upload screenshots. It works fine in normal thread discussions though.

R RetrogamerMax , could you make a thread in Help from An Admmin in Forum Support and provide screen caps to the particular error as well as the image link?

Pokelego999 , sadly images can only be posted in link format on profile posts. That’s purely a forum software limitation.

Like I said, I can only get embed images and gifs to work on my computer for this site. Everytime I do it on my phone I get a error message.

That’s strange. I use the site exclusively on mobile and I’ve never had any sort of issues. Hmmm

What you think might be the problem?

Not sure but have you tried clearing your cache? That works for certain issues for me. Just I would suggest contact administration via Help from an Admin in Forum Support and provide screenshots to the messages you get.

Can you link me to an image from your phone? Instead of trying to embed it.

Okay, now it's working. Maybe I was just accidentally sending the link to the page instead of the actual link to the image or gif address.

That is not a direct link to the image, it's a Google webpage that has the image on it. So you can't embed the URL. You'd need to use this link: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/banjokazooie/images/1/16/Grunty_Speaking.gif or download the image/upload it.

Reload the page, I already figured it out:

That is also a webpage and not an image
