I have mixed feelings about this.

What's to feel mixed about? It loses its awful Rock/Ground for now being Grass/Ground, gets Rock Head, Reckless and Thick Fat, retains all of Rhydon's same stat spread and learns Horn Leech, Wood Hammer, Slack Off and Dragon Dance, and the thing is based on that sprite we all know and renember lovingly.

It's not very original. But I mean, Rhydon with Dragon Dance and Slack Off would be sweet.
