Amazing idea. I'd love to see trainers use legitimate strategies to teach players, that can later be used in competitive battling down the line. It would be cool to see the chef use a Harvest strategy

These teams could work somewhat.
Baby Pokemon: Simple battle with a Togepi, Happiny, and Riolu.
Grass Water Fire: Whatever starters exist that generation, simple battle.
Berries Team: Uses Steenee, Lickitung, and Polteageist, holding Leppa, Sitrus, and Lum Berries.
Friendship Team: Crobat, Umbreon, Swoobat, Leavanny. Straightforward Battle.
Weather Team: Pelipper with Drizzle, Hippowdon with Sand Stream, Torkoal with Drought, and Snover with Snow Warning, all with Baton Pass except Hippowdon so they can easily switch to Castform.
Sound Based: Brionne, Noivern, Toxtricity, Hakamo-o, Toxtricity can Gmax.
Status Effects: A Magcargo with Flame Body, a Scolipede with Poison Point, a Raichu with Static, an Audino that can Mega Evolve, and a Lopunny with Cute Charm.
Gender Dependent Team: Old Man uses Grimmsnarl, Braviary, and Gallade, while the Old Woman uses Kangaskhan, Liligant, and Salazzle.
HM Moves Team: Talonflame with Fly and Defog, Blastoise with Whirlpool, Surf, Waterfall, and Dive, Golem with Rock Smash, Strength, and Rock Climb, Xatu with Cut and Flash, and a Steelix with Dig and Headbutt (not HM moves but it was the best I could do)
Stat Team: Uses Pokemon with some of the Highest Stat Totals per stat (excluding legendaries and mythicals), Ninjask representing Speed, Blissey with HP, Slaking with Attack, Porygon Z with Special Attack, Florges for Special Defense, and Shuckle for Defense.
