I highly doubt Conker would be included. Banjo is certainly Rare’s main character and, even then, Conker does have competition against characters like Joanna Dark, Rash, and Fulgore are more iconic than Conker. If we are to get a second Rare Rep, which I doubt, my bets are on one of those three. Probably Rash.
Inkling Man
Rare still treats Banjo and Conker like they're the faces of Rare. Why else would they both be at the front of the box art in Rare Replay?

Like Inkling Man said, Conker is always beside Banjo in Rare promotional art. Conker is definitely Rare's 2nd most iconic original IP only behind Banjo-Kazooie of course.
